Terms of Service

1. Object

Carousels Generator is an online service (SaaS) allowing the creation of LinkedIn carousels using artificial intelligence. The service automatically generates the textual content and visual design of the carousels.

2. Definitions

• Service: the Carousels Generator platform accessible via carousels-generator.com
• Publisher: Lyten Agency, SAS with a capital of €1050, registered with the Paris RCS under number 994 103 547.
• User: any natural or legal person using the Service
• Account: User's personal space on the Service
• Content: any carousel, text, image, or element created via the Service
• Credits: consumption units allowing the use of AI features

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation

Use of the Service requires the creation of an account. The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration.

3.2 Security

The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials (email and password). Any activity performed from their account is presumed to be performed by the User.

3.3 Minimum Age

The Service is reserved for adults (18 years or older) or minors with the authorization of their legal representative.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Authorized Use

The User may use the Service to:

• Create carousels for personal or professional use
• Publish created carousels on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Use carousels for commercial purposes (marketing, clients, etc.)

4.2 Prohibited Uses

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Use the Service to create defamatory, hateful, illegal content or content infringing on third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass technical or security limitations of the Service
• Resell access to the Service without written permission
• Use robots or automated scripts to access the Service
• Generate content encouraging violence, discrimination, or any illegal activity

5. Credits, Pricing, and Payment

5.1 Credit System and Free Offer

The Service offers a free plan allowing you to test the tool (about 2-3 carousels per month). Paid plans operate on a credit or subscription system.

5.2 Plans and Rates

Current rates are displayed on the pricing page of the site. Payments are secure and managed by our partner Lemon Squeezy. We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5.3 Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at each period (monthly or yearly). The User can cancel their subscription at any time from their account space. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day "Satisfaction or Money Back" guarantee for new subscriptions. A refund is possible if the request is made within 14 days of payment AND if less than 50% of the plan's credits have been used. The Free plan allows you to test the service before any commitment.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Property of the Service

The Service, its source code, algorithms, design, and content are the exclusive property of Lyten Agency. The User has no intellectual property rights over these elements.

6.2 Property of Generated Content

The User retains full ownership of the carousels and content they generate via the Service. They may use them freely, including for commercial purposes. Lyten Agency claims no ownership rights over content generated by users.

6.3 License for Lyten Agency

The User grants Lyten Agency the right to use, reproduce, and display generated content (e.g., addition to portfolio, demonstrations) for the purpose of promoting the Service.

7. Liability

7.1 Generated Content

The User is solely responsible for the content they generate and publish. Lyten Agency cannot be held responsible for content generated by users, which remains their sole responsibility. It is up to the User to verify the accuracy and legality of the information before publication.

7.2 Limitation of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is". Lyten Agency does not guarantee that the Service will be free from bugs or interruptions.

7.3 Force Majeure

The publisher cannot be held responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its control.

8. Termination

8.1 By the User

The User may delete their account at any time from their personal space.

8.2 By the Publisher

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these ToS.

9. Modification of ToS

Lyten Agency reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing agreement, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
